Update of the Organization, Management and Control Model ex legislative decree 231/2001

On the 8th of September 2021 Ghella's Board of Directors has approved the Organization, Management and Control Model ex Legislative Decree 231/2001.

This new version reflects the regulatory developments and changes in the organizational structure which have occurred in these years, strengthening and expanding the existing control measures.
